When you remove users from your AgenticBI-connected database instance, their data will be removed from AgenticBI's databases within 30 days and will no longer remain in AgenticBI's cache within 30 days.

If you wish to delete your account data, please contact us at support@knowi.com. At the request of our customers, we have a process to permanently anonymize data.

Your underlying data does not leave AgenticBI's infrastructure to power AgenticBI's native AI features unless you have configured a third-party AI integration.

We do not use your proprietary data or query results to train AI models without your explicit written consent.

AgenticBI provides an MCP server that allows you to connect AgenticBI to third-party AI clients such as Anthropic's Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, and other MCP-compatible platforms.

Data sent to AgenticBI from the MCP client: Your natural language prompts and instructions as typed in the third-party AI client.

Data returned by AgenticBI to the MCP client: Query results from your connected data sources, dashboard metadata, widget configurations, report settings, alert configurations, asset names and identifiers, and document content (if Document AI is enabled). This data is returned to the third-party AI client that made the request and is subject to that platform's privacy policy.

AgenticBI's MCP tools return only the data necessary to fulfill your request. AgenticBI does not return authentication credentials, API keys, or passwords through MCP tool responses.

Important: When using AgenticBI's MCP server through a third-party AI client, the data returned by AgenticBI's tools passes through that platform's systems. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any AI client you connect to AgenticBI's MCP server:

AgenticBI's MCP tools may return the following categories of data to the requesting AI client. Only data necessary to fulfill the specific request is returned.
